On Tuesday, 11th July,2023, the new Chief Director of the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council, Madam Lilian Baeka met with all Heads of Department in the region to formally introduce herself to them and also outline her vision. At the meeting, the Regional Directors gave brief overview of their mandates and action plans of their respective Departments.
Madam Lilian Baeka also used the opportunity to familiarise with them and further engaged them in discussions to ascertain their challenges and possible suggestions on how to improve the day to day administration of the region.
Accordingly she urged the Regional Directors to see themselves as an integral part of the RCC and encouraged them to work closely with her office for efficient and effective local government delivery.
This she said would assist the RCC achieve its goals and objectives in line with the Regional Minister’s vision of making Greater Accra work.
