The Library Authority Board organized a personality reading and contest in some branch libraries. During the year under review, 13 Personality Reading and Contests were organized in some of the branch libraries with 544 learners participating in the Personality Reading Sessions. Personalities for the programme were drawn from various professional backgrounds.The contest was held at the Accra Central Children’s Library and the Dodowa Library
