The Department of Social Welfare organised skill training and workshop on the draft revised Early Childhood Care Development policy on 12th April, 2024 at Crystal Palm Hotel.They also train on child care for caregivers of Day-Care Centres. The objective of the training was to build the capacity of caregivers for effective and quality child care delivery. The participants to know and understand key national legislation protecting children, identifying the needs of children and what they go through during developmental process, some common features they depict at every stage and what they need in order to help them develop properly having in mind the individual uniqueness.
