Department of Gender Trains Out-of-School Youth in Reproductive Health

The Department of Gender has trained out-of-school young people to serve as mentors in reproductive health education.
The program focused on equipping participants with knowledge on adolescent health, prevention of STIs, teenage pregnancy, and communication skills to support peer education. Organizers say the initiative aims to empower youth to make informed decisions and promote healthy lifestyles within their communities.
