The Regional office organized a Day refresher training for staff of Social Welfare and Community Development Department in the Adentan municipal. The training was funded by the integrated social services initiative program to refresh the staff on the effective use of the child protection tool kits to sensitized community members on Adolescent Protection issues. Facilitators concentrated on the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), as well as Gender- Base Violence (GBV) to engage the community members. The facilitators underscored the importance of UNICEF reports, particularly focusing on gender, individuals with special needs, and those in extreme circumstances, highlighting the tool kit’s relevance in addressing these concerns within educational setting.
