The Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly has endorsed Mr. Isreal Adjetey Otchweemah, the President’s nominee for the position of Municipal Chief Executive at an election conducted by the electoral commission. The process which was witnessed by the member of Parliament of the area, Hon. Benjamin Ayiku Narteh, saw all 18 assembly members comprising 12 elected and 6 government appointees unanimously voting ‘Yes’ representing a 100 percent confirmation.
The nominee was subsequently sworn into office by the Greater Accra Regional Minister with a charge to work hard and juxtapose the confidence repose in him by the President and the Assembly members.
