The regional office of the Department of Community Development in collaboration with the Planting People Growing Justice Leadership Institute invited all unit heads to participate in a Training Program on “Action Planning and Leading Change: Developing Strategies for Implementing Strategic Action Plans.
The purpose of this training was to strengthen the capacity of Community Development officers across the Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies to effectively design, implement, and monitor community-led development initiatives. The program also provided a platform for peer learning, sharing of best practices, and discussions on emerging trends in community development work
