The Regional office organized a Day refresher training for staff of Social Welfare and Community Development Department in the Adentan municipal. The training was funded by the integrated social services initiative program. The training was to refresh the staff on the effective use of the child protection tool kits to sensitized community members on Adolescent Protection issues. Facilitators concentrated on the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), as well as Gender- Base Violence (GBV) to engage the community members. The participants were taking through all the PSEA flash cards to refresh them on how effectively can they use the flash cards for education during their study group meetings with parents and adolescents. The facilitators from the regional office highlighted the significance of utilizing the Child Protection Toolkit, designed to aid fieldwork, containing resources such as informational flash cards addressing various issues like the adolescent protection issues and child abuse.
