The President’s nominee for the position of Municipal Chief Executive for the Ayawaso Municipal Assembly has overwhelmingly been endorsed. At the end of the confirmation process conducted at the center for national Culture at Kawukudi, out of 17 total vote cast, 16 voted ‘Yes” representing 94 percent while Assembly member voted ‘No’.
Hon. Linda Akweley Ocloo expressed her satisfaction with the process and urged all stakeholders to come on board to ensure the smooth development of the Assembly. Adding that, her doors are widely opened for any consultation.
