A cleanup exercise was organized within the surroundings of the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council (GARCC) to enhance sanitation and create a healthier environment for all staff and visitors. This initiative was supervised by the Environmental Health and Sanitation Department and received significant support from food vendors operating around their premises. Food vendors in the vicinity actively participated in the cleanup, working alongside the Environmental Health and Sanitation team. Their involvement not only ensured a faster and more thorough cleanup but also demonstrated community commitment to environmental health standards.
