Livestock, poultry and pet vaccines were available during the quarter under review. One hundred and fifteen thousand, seven hundred and ninety-eight (115,798) animals were vaccinated against pest des petit ruminants (PPR 1,473), Contagious Bovine pleuropneumonia (CBPP 820), rabies (2,024), Newcastle (NCD 63,730), FowlPox (22,200) and Gumboro (IBD 25,550) during the first quarter 2024 in the region as shown by table 3.
